MomMomOnTheGo and family spent a day at the PNE this summer and we had an amazing time.
On the day we attended the PNE, it hit the news that there was a power outage. The power outage happened just as we entered the PNE. Luckily it did not seem to affect anything we were doing.
We started our day at 11:00 am and headed right to the SuperDogs show. I have seen the SuperDogs show before and I love it every single time.
Daily at 11:30am, 3:30pm & 5:30pm

Coca ColaThe World’s Most Popular Dogs return to enthrall audiences of all ages with crazy canine stunts! With wagging tails, this Fair favourite will keep children and families laughing and cheering throughout the show.
My entire family loved the SuperDogs show. They are very talented and well trained. It is absolutely great to watch the show and in my books is a must see.
After the SuperDogs show we had food because it is just not a day at the PNE without having PNE food. A little poutine and frozen yogurt kept us going.
The next stop was The Peking Acrobats.
Daily at 1:30pm & 7:30pm
Pacific ColiseumSponsored by OMNI and TV Week
Combining centuries of Chinese history and folklore with 21st century technology and special effects, the Peking Acrobats bring all the excitement and festive pageantry of a Chinese spectacular to The Fair. Pushing the envelope of human possibility with astonishing juggling dexterity and incredible balancing feats, the Peking Acrobats are a must-see attraction. Be sure to catch these masters of agility and grace as they defy gravity with amazing displays of contortion, flexibility and control.
We were all in awe at the skill of The Peking Acrobats. After the show you get to see the performers up close and they all appeared so young. They are breathtakingly talented. I admit that I was sitting in my seat, holding my breath for a few parts of the show. It is another must see. My girls loved it.
We also saw the Safeway Farm Country. It is a great learning experience for the kids and my little one wanted to return to visit the farm again.
Tons of barn fun for the kids!
Kids can try their hand at becoming a ‘farmer for an hour’ in the Kids Discovery Farm, showcasing 10 sectors of agriculture with different interactive activities! Try your hand at milking a cow, pedaling a tractor, collecting eggs and harvesting apples in this exciting exhibit! Since its premier in 2009, this fun-filled activity has received rave reviews and continues to be even better this year
Of course in between each show we had to stop for coffee, the Slush Zone and more food.
A highlight of the day for my girls was the Zorbing. They had an absolute blast.
In total we spent 7 hours at the PNE and we could have stayed longer as there were still a ton of things we had not done. After 7 hours I was completely exhausted though and we left knowing that next year, we will be back for more.
Make sure to stay connected with the PNE through their mailing list, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
