If any of you have a little one that loves to use a hula hoop, then this product is just what you need.
My Little One always asks me to count her rotations for her. Now she can use the Twister Moves Hoop and have her rotations counted automatically for her.
It is not that I don’t love counting hoop rotations, but I admittedly get tired of being the counter because it seems like my Little One can go on forever. It is nice to be able to talk to her and enjoy her hula hooping while she is doing it, instead of having to be counting each rotation. It also makes me kind of dizzy to have to watch the hula hoop rotation so I count rotations correctly.
The Hasbro Twister Moves Hoop comes with the hoop and the counter. The counter is very easy to use and the entire hoop is easy to set up.
The counter is a push button concept, that every time you rotate the button is pushed and a rotation is counted. As long as you hula hoop properly and get that button depressed each rotation, your rotation is counted. I have read some reviews that say the counter is inaccurate, but I would guess that they are not depressing the counter button with each rotation then. In the end, if a few rotations are missed here or there, that is okay to me. I am happy to have a counter other than me. 🙂
The added weight of the counter does not seem to be an issue at all. I have actually read some reviews where people mentioned the weight of the counter makes it easier to hula hoop. I could see this for sure once you get the hula hoop in motion.
I have read a few reviews of the hula hoop popping apart where you assemble it when it hits the ground. This is not an issue to me at all. If you are familiar with transportable hula hoops that come apart to be made smaller so they are more convenient and less bulky to bring places, then this is something that does occasionally happen. Just push back together and get swirling again.
I really like the Twister Moves Hoop. It is a great product that encourages little ones to get outdoors and be active. It is a great color, great size, and counts rotations.
You can find the Twisters Moves Hoop at Indigo, Toys R Us, or online.
