If you are looking to enjoy a warm breakfast and want a new idea…..how about trying Kellogg’s Mini-Wheats cereal warm. That is right, your favorite Mini-Wheats don’t have to be limited to the cold.
To be honest, I am not sure why I never thought to try my Mini-Wheats warm. It is a great way to have a favorite cereal of ours and very easy to do.
So hear are a few recipes for trying Mini-Wheats cereal warm…..
Simply Scrumptious
This is the easiest of all the recipes (not that any are hard). All you need to do is warm up 1/2 a cup of your favorite milk. Pour 1 1/2 cups of your favorite Mini-Wheats cereal into a bowl. Pour the warm milk over the cereal and there you have warm Mini-Wheats to enjoy.
With the basic Simply Scrumptious recipe you can explore from that point endless combinations and creations. Maybe add a bit of fruit or nuts. You could change the Mini-Wheats cereal flavor you use. There is also different combinations possible by using coconut, almond, or soy milk products.
What do you think your favorite warm Mini-Wheats creation would be?
For me, I have two absolute favorite Mini-Wheat cereals and I can never decide which one I want. So to solve this problem, I mix my two favorite flavors of Maple Mini-Wheats and Brown Sugar Mini-Wheats. A little warm coconut milk over my two favorite flavors and I have a wonderful Maple & Brown Sugar Mini-Wheat delight with a twist of coconut.
I know that I have you thinking about your warm Mini-Wheats creation especially for a cold or rainy day when you want a warm breakfast. So I am super excited to announce a Kellogg’s Mini-Wheat Prize Package giveaway to help you create your own warm Mini-Wheat creation.
