Changes for The Wiggles

August 15, 2012 By MomMomOnTheGo

The 2012 Wiggle Celebration Tour is an important one as this tour marks the final shows for the original Wiggles. Soon there will be three new faces for The Wiggles.

Who is leaving and who is staying?

Blue Wiggle Anthony Field will stay and continue leading the group. The new faces will be Simon Pryce, Lachy Gillespie and the first ever girl Wiggle Emma Watkins. Simon, Lachy and Emma will take over as the red, blue and yellow Wiggles.

For a wonderful video about the change that is coming to The Wiggles please check out this report by WCJB TV.

You can also take a look at an interview with the new Wiggles also done by WCJB TV.

Who will you miss from the original Wiggles? Which new Wiggles member are you most excited to see in action?

I think it is wonderful that the tradition and worldwide phenomenon known as The Wiggles will continue for the next generation. Their music and entertainment factor is at a level that this parent approves of and loves.

Will you be going to see the last show for the original Wiggles? To see where they are touring and the dates for their Celebration Tour make sure to visit the Official Wiggles Tour Website.
