FoodSaver Expandable Rolls & Liquid Block Barrier Bags

August 22, 2013 By MomMomOnTheGo

FoodSaver

It is approaching that time of year again…..Back to School. Soon we will be rushing around caught up in school, activities, sports, and everything else. Our schedules will be full and busy. So how do we make things a little easier for us during the busier time of the year? FoodSaver knows how to help us parents be organized and ready for busy schedules.

There are a lot of great FoodSaver products that help with getting families prepared. The two that I want to mention, I love.

FoodSaver 11 inch Expandable Roll

I love having bags that I can put very large pieces of meat in. I am talking a turkey, a large roasting chicken, large roast beef. After all, my family is a family of 5 and a family of 7 when my parents are over for dinner. My family loves meat and we need to have enough to go around.

With the FoodSaver Expandable 11″ Roll, I can put seasoning on a chicken or roast and then seal it and have it in the freezer ready to go. Perfect for the CrockPot or oven when I need it.

I have never found another freezer bag that is so expandable and able to hold the items that I need it to hold.

FoodSaver Liquid Block Barrier Bags

But I don’t always have large pieces of meat and sometimes I want to put a liquid marinade in with the meat. So I turn to the FoodSaver® Liquid Block Barrier Bags.

12 – 1 Quart (950ml) Heat-Seal Barrier Bags
Liquid blocking strip prevents moisture from escaping bag and getting to seal
A convenient solution for vacuum sealing juicy and moist foods
A no mess, no leak way to vacuum seal moist foods
Makes a clean seal
(Not intended for dishwasher use or re-use after microwaving and simmering)

The FoodSaver Liquid Block Barrier Bags are great for anything that has a bit of liquid with it. I typically use it for meat that has a marinade in it. I love my meat with a flavor and this is the easiest way to achieve that. Just prepare it, seal it, freeze it, and then take it out when ready to use. Easy as that.

I love how fresh my products stay when they are sealed in FoodSaver bags and rolls. Even all the fruit I freeze comes out perfectly.

I recommend that while you have some time now, to seal up those pieces of meat in marinade and serving sizes for your family. You will be so happy that you did once the kids are back to school and your schedule is chaotic.

MomMomOnTheGo is absolutely in love with her FoodSaver and I don’t know how we even survived before. I love sealing my products with FoodSaver and these latest larger rolls and liquid barrier bags are just what I need.
