We love our HockeyShot Extreme Dangler. It is very light weight at only 4 pounds so it makes it great for use at home and also very easy to bring to the rink.
There are adjustable metal spikes along the Dangler so you can have them hidden for when you are on concrete and sticking out, to grip the ice for on ice use.
The middle two legs are movable so that you can adjust them for different stickhandling training.
We have used our HockeyShot Extreme Dangler a lot and I have to say that it is extremely durable and stands up to anything we throw at it whether it is a child or an adult using it.
Our hockey coach uses the Extreme Dangler at the rink before practice and all the girls love to have a turn at it.
I have to say that the Extreme Dangler is a pretty fun and awesome training aid to have access to. We keep ours in our garage where we have a mini hockey training center all set up and it gets good use. My Little One uses our Extreme Dangler the most as she really loves hockey and is working on improving her stickhandling.
