One thing that I love reviewing is books. I review books all the time, whether they are non-fiction, fiction, children’s books, educational books, and even magazines. I have always been in love with the feel of a book. I honestly have avoided the technological age of e-reading because of my love for an actual book.
Well, the other day I realized that I have bookshelves and bookshelves of books that I have not touched in what seemed like decades. It got me thinking that being able to have all those books being stored electronically, instead of taking up so much room in our home, might be a good idea after all.
Yes, you guessed right…I have entered the technological e-reader age and am now using a Kobo Glo HD e-reader. Now all I can think is….why did I ever resist the e-reader movement!?
I am absolutely in love with my Kobo Glo HD. I love so many things about it that I will just list them here for you:

*You can adjust the font so even if you forget your reading glasses (like I have) you can adjust the font so that you can still see the print.
*You can adjust the brightness of the screen to your comfort level and personal preference.
*You can read in sunlight or in the dark because of the HD Carta E Ink Touchscreen
*The Kobo Glo HD syncs via WiFi so you are always in the right place with your book no matter what device you use.
*The Kobo App allows me to continue reading on my phone where I left off last even if I was reading on my Kobo Glo HD.
*The Kobo Glo HD rechargeable battery life is up to 2 months.
*Built in dictionary, notes, and quotes.
*Storage is 4 GB which is more than enough to keep the books you want on hand on your device. The rest are just a tap away in your library or if not purchased yet, in the Kobo store where there is over 4 million books.
