MomMomOnTheGo reviewed the pureWash Pro back in May. To read my initial review, go check it our here.
Now six months later, we have been using nothing but our pureWash Pro. We have also installed a pureWash Pro in an apartment. Yes, even in an apartment washer and dryer closet, we got a pureWash Pro in there doing its magic on clothes.
The installation of the pureWash Pro was a breeze the first and the second time around. For both installations, we purchased a metal hose instead of using the one that came with it.
Here is some information about the pureWash Pro:
pureWash Pro Cleans Clothes Cleaner by infusing the water with oxygen, pureWash Pro doesn’t just clean clothes, it purifies and sanitizes them, leaving them odor free, whiter, fluffier, and happier. It connects easily and safely to all models of both front load and top load washing machines and eliminates smelly washer syndrome. Feel confident the next time you wash your child’s favorite teddy, teen’s soccer shirt, or family towels because pureWash Pro Removes Bacteria & Mold from both your washing machine and laundry. Save Money with Every Wash thanks to the naturally purifying power of oxygen, we only need the cold water cycle & little to no detergent – saving money and energy on every wash.
So here is a few things I have learned over the six months of using the pureWash Pro….
*There is no need to use detergent except in two situations.
– The first is a little bit in the towels. The towels smell and feel cleaner when a drop of detergent is used.
– The second is to use a little bit of detergent in any exercise clothes.
*Remember to always use cold or tap water temperature water. We use tap water temperature.
There is a setting on the rear of the pureWash Pro for top load or front load washers. Make sure you put it to the correct setting before first use.
Over the six months of use, we have not had to change the dessicant dryer cartridge yet. It is to change pink from blue to indicate when it needs changing. Our cartridge has still not even started to change color yet.
I find that the pureWash Pro makes our laundry vibrant and our whites more white. I also find our laundry feels soft.
I still like to use fabric softener as I do not like static at all. So I prefer no trace of static.
Here is how the pureWash Pro works…
The pureWash Pro sells for $397 on the GreenTech Environmental website.
I am sure that in the six months that we have been using our pureWash Pro, that we have saved the price of the unit. Between not having to use hot water and the significant decrease in the amount of laundry detergent, we feel the savings every month.
I recommend the pureWash Pro and having now installed two and see their effectiveness over the last half a year, I am more than impressed.
