The activities for your little one are colorful, interactive and a lot of fun. My little one wanted to keep on going when she started the lessons. She did three lessons and played with the ABC Tree on top of the lessons. In total, she sat for about 45 minutes doing reading lessons in one sitting. The time that Red Apple Reading captivated my little one’s attention is pretty indicative as to how entertaining the activities are for little ones.
I love how after each lesson, I receive an email letting me know that my little one has completed a lesson. I can then log into my parent dashboard and see how she has done. Great way to know where your child may need to focus on learning and the areas that they are breezing through.
I really love Red Apple Reading because my little one is in French Immersion so right now she is not being taught how to read in English. My little one learned how to read in English in Montessori Preschool and I did not want her loosing any of the reading skills she had learned. We love to read at home, and Red Apple Reading has provided another great and fun way to ensure that my little one not only keeps her reading skills, but keeps advancing them.

It was hard to tell which learning activity that my little one liked the most. She seemed equally interested and entertained by all the activities. She did say she likes the little book worm. I have to say that I like the balloon popping that they have incorporated to keep the little ones busy while the activities are loading.
The recommended age for Red Apple Reading is ages 4 to 8 years old. I agree with the age ranking, but parents must realize that the younger age group might need parental guidance and assistance while doing the activities. The older ages should be able to work through the activities on their own and at their own pace.
