Dora invites young viewers to join her on her adventures in every television episode; and now Nickelodeon is offering kids and parents a chance to be part of the adventure. Children, with some adult help, can custom create their own adventures with Dora, while integrating themselves into the story!
When you purchase specially marked Dora products at Walmart, fans will receive a unique PIN code giving them access to the Dora Digibook.
Dora fans can create, download and share their story with friends and family!
My little one absolutely loved the Dora Digital Book. In the book, your child gets to be a character in the adventure. You customize their character so that it looks as if your little one, or a character they want to imagine being is right in the book with Dora.
On each page, you and your little one get to create the scene, by dragging the characters and objects for that scene to the spot you want to see them on the page.
After the digital storybook is created, you can save it for you to share with family and to read the adventure that you and your little one created, over and over again. My little one continually asks to see her adventure with Dora.
When you create the storybook, you answer a couple of questions about your little one such as their favorite color and what their favorite drink is. The answers to the questions help the storybook be personalized to reflect things your little one loves. For my little one, lemonade and the color pink were incorporated into her storybook. The fact that the digital storybook “knew” the things that my little one loved, made it that much more exciting and entertaining for her.
