I have a number of Educational Insights products that I will be writing reviews on. Today, I am going to tell you about Playfoam. Not only am I going to tell you about Playfoam, but I am going to tell you how you can WIN an 8 pack of Playfoam.

As per Educational Insights, Playfoams features are as follows:

*Completely mess free — guaranteed!
*Reusable — never dries out
*Totally portable no-stick formula for creativity on the go
*First creative experience for young kids
*Total tactile satisfaction!
*Non-toxic

I can personally tell you that I Love Playfoam. It is reusable, totally portable, it does not dry out and does not stick to carpets, furniture, clothes or car seats from our testing.

As far as it being mess free….it certainly does not crumble. There was one review on the Educational Insights website stating that it crumbled and fell apart. I am sorry but that does not happen with the Playfoam we have at all. It sticks together very well. Four of the colors have little sparkles in the Playfoam and those got on my little one’s play table, but they wiped up very quickly, easily and with no effort. So to me, it certainly is mess free as far as squishy, squashy shaping fun goes.

My two daughters age 4 and 9 love Playfoam. They love the texture and the ability to create and mold things over and over again. I love that if we forget to put it away, that the next morning it is not dried out. You can leave it out and it still sticks to itself and is reusable. I really love this feature.

What I find absolutely amazing about Playfoam is that my daughters can drop it on the floor and I have looked and looked, but I do not see any dirt or dog/cat hair from our pets sticking to it at all. I really do not understand how this works, but I really love it.

Since we’ve had Playfoam, our children have not stopped molding things from making birthday cakes, volcanoes, pizzas and characters. When they are done they roll it into a large ball and leave it for the next time they want to mold and play. They have used the Playfoam daily since we got it.

Playfoam comes in 8 wonderful colors:

Oh Yeah Orange
Bloobie Blue
Guishy Green
Pat It Down Purple
Sparkle Twinkie Pinkie
Sparkle Ya Ya Yellow
Sparkle Glitzy Green
Sparkle Ooh La La Orange

You can purchase Playfoam in 4 packs (classic or sparkle), 8 packs, 20 packs and a Class Pack.
