2018 Vancouver Boat Show Kicks Off The Boating Season
Premiere annual event returns in January to launch a new year on the water

Vancouver, B.C. – Western Canada’s largest annual boat show, the Vancouver International Boat Show, is returning in the New Year, giving boaters the first opportunity to see the most sought-after boats and accessories in the industry. Returning Wednesday, January 17 to Sunday, January 21, 2018, the 56th annual event will host over 250 exhibitors showcasing an extensive selection of boats and accessories for boaters and water sports enthusiasts of all types and skill levels.

“Last year we saw a strong number of motivated buyers and attendees eager to start their boating season, and experience British Columbia’s stunning waterways. With over 27,000 kilometers of coastline alone, not to mention the thousands of lakes and rivers, there’s a boating destination for everyone in our beautiful province,” says Show Manager, Eric Nicholl. “We are excited to once again host visitors from all across Western Canada, and help navigate their way to getting out on the water this season, and experience the boating lifestyle.”

The Vancouver Boat Show’s two great locations – an indoor venue at BC Place and a Floating Show at Granville Island – offer an unparalleled experience to boaters of any level of expertise. This year attendees can get their season started with incredible deals on all of the newest and most innovative marine products, an in-depth seminar schedule featuring educational sessions from the marine industry’s top boating experts, and family-friendly activities

Attendees can spend time in The Lower Deck, the show’s central socializing hub, to plan their show experience. From navigating the exciting lineup of boats and accessory displays, or selecting which of the 125+ educational and informative seminars to take in. The Lower Deck is the best meeting point to map out the day, spend time with friends and draft plans for making memorable boating excursions.

The Vancouver International Boat Show will run from January 17 to 21, 2018. With two beautiful locations, free shuttle buses and water ferries will operate continuously between BC Place and Granville Island. Pre-plan your visit at www.VancouverBoatShow.ca.
