WHAT IS KIDSWORLD?

KIDSWORLD is a unique program designed for families with children between the ages of 4 – 15.

The program offers an opportunity for children, accompanied by a parent/guardian, an opportunity to explore their community together all summer long,….while learning along the way.

The KIDSWORLD program, features over 65 days of fun, adventure and highly educational events from which to choose. The excitement of a different event or activity every day of the summer, for you to experience as a family, during the time frame of July 1st – August 31st, including “bonus” weekend days in September.

With a $50.00 membership, the entire summer of events & activities is FREE for both the child AND one (1) accompanying parent/guardian who also benefits from FREE admission !

Each child must be registered individually,….there are no family memberships.

Examples featured below are highlighted from the 2014 Event Calendar :

Harbour Cruise (reservation event)
PLAYLAND (Designated weekend in September)
Theatre Under The Stars (reservation event)
Stanley Park Horse-Drawn Tours (reservation event)
Burnaby Village Museum
Maplewood Farm

….and the list goes on..!
65 + days of events/activities from which to choose…

A unique experience each and every day of the summer + weekend days in September!

For the last three years, MomMomOnTheGo has had the KidsWorld passes for her Little One and Middle One. I find that the $50 cost for the pass is extremely affordable and outrageously reasonable for everything that you can go do every single day of the summer with the pass.

I always feel comfortable getting the pass because I know that it will more than pay for itself even if I only choose to do one of the reservation events, attend the PlayLand weekend, or attend the Coqutilam Express hockey game that you also get in sometime in October.

Please note that I marked the reservation events above based on my past experience over the last couple of years. You are only entitled to one reservation event and it is based on availability. For this very reason, I always encourage people to purchase their KidsWorld pass as soon as possible and to get those reservation event requests in as soon as you receive them. You don’t want to miss out on getting a reservation event. They are awesome.

From my past experience, other events often on the schedule are public skating events and a birds of prey event that I always love. There are so many events that there will surely be some to interest every child.

Every year I get so excited to finally receive our KidsWorld event calendar and I sit down with my highlighter to highlight the events that are a must attend for our family…..PlayLand, Coquitlam Express game, Reservation event……and many more.

KidsWorld is simply an amazing way to keep your kids engaged all summer long at an affordable price. Where else can you keep your kids engaged for only $50!

Make sure to check out the KidsWorld website and purchase your pass before they are all gone.
