METROPOLIS AT METROTOWN HOSTS JOLLY OLD SAINT NICK UNTIL CHRISTMAS EVEPhotos with Santa are by donation (minimum of $2.00 per photo) with all proceeds going to the Burnaby Christmas Bureau. For those who don’t want to wait in line, TELUS is offering a line saving option where shoppers simply leave their mobile number and receive a text when it’s their turn for a photo with Jolly Old Saint Nick.
For a second year in a row photos will also be available digitally. Customers will receive an email with a unique code and website address to access their photo(s) online and print as many as they like for friends and family.
This year Santa’s set will have a brand new Winter Wonderland look, illuminated for the first time by a 70-foot column of magical dancing lights. This one-of-a-kind light show will add to the merriment and captivate shoppers with a festive experience unlike anything else in the city. In addition to the new digital game kiosks for kids, this unique installation makes Metropolis the place to be this holiday season and is sure to attract and entertain more holiday goers than ever before!

MomMomOnTheGo and her Little One visited the Santa Land at Metrotown and we absolutely loved it.
Santa Land at Metrotown is a step away from traditional Santa Land settings. It definitely paid off to take the risk of doing something a little different than the traditional red and green Santa Lands, because the Santa Land at Metrotown is breathtaking. It is absolutely beautiful and we loved it.
My favorite part of Santa Land at Metrotown is the partnership with Telus. I loved receiving a text 10 minutes before Santa was ready for us. No more waiting in line for hours for a picture with Santa. Nothing better than that.
Of course I love that all the funds go to the Burnaby Christmas Bureau. That in itself makes it worthwhile to head to Metrotown for your picture with Santa.
I also really like receiving the Santa photo via email. I don’t have to worry about carrying it all through the mall with my packages. In reality, I also want my photo in the digital format so I can easily send it electronically to family members.
The Santa Land at Metrotown is a must see display and the perfect place for a photo with Santa.
