BC’S LARGEST-EVER LEGO® EXHIBITION AND FAN CONVENTION – SOLD OUT!

VANCOUVER, BC (April 15, 2016) BrickCan – Western Canada’s first major Adult LEGO® Fan Convention, and the largest Public LEGO® Exhibition ever staged in BC – will take place April 21-24, 2016 and it is sold out!

Over 230 adult LEGO® builders and fans will meet, exchange ideas and display their own creations to over 5,000 public attendees. Events such as this take place in other parts of North America and the world but this is BC’s first. As of April 5th, Convention registration is full and all tickets for the Public Exhibition are completely sold out – tickets will be NOT available at the door.

A spokesperson for the organizing team said, “We are very excited that we aimed high and reached our convention attendee goal with participants coming from Canada, USA and other parts of the world. Being sold out for the Convention as well as for the Public Exhibition is a great way to start what we now know will be an annual event.”

On behalf of the organizers of BrickCan Foundation and all the fans of LEGO® we want to say a big thank you for the amazing response to the event, and for all the support we have received! This is a unique situation and a wonderful experience. If you couldn’t make it, or missed getting tickets this year we’re definitely planning to expand and do it again next year!

We advise the thousands of public ticket holders to COME EARLY!! They should leave extra time to pick up their tickets and be very aware of the time slot for their viewing session. Viewing times are fixed, and with the anticipated crowds, we’d hate to have disappointed people who arrive late and do not enjoy their full session.

BrickCan is a must see event for all Lego fans. We had a wonderful time and were in awe of the creations by so many of the Lego creators.

Unfortunately the show is sold out for this year, but there is promise of BrickCan returning next year. We certainly cannot wait.

If you have tickets for this years BrickCan, make sure you show up early. Your entry is for a 2 hour time frame as indicated on your tickets. The line up to get in was moving at a good speed for us when we went, but you really will want to maximize your two hours that you get.

There are awesome items to purchase at BrickCan from t shirts, to Lego earrings, and of course Lego.

The best way for me to share how great the show is through sharing all the live video I did last night for my awesome fans, so here is another one….
