We all seem to suffer from the missing sock syndrome. I also hate when something with Velcro on it makes its way into a load of laundry that it shouldn’t have and damages my other clothes. My most frustrating problem is when my bras come up with their clasps bent. Oh the woes of laundry.
I have tried laundry bags before, but I often found that the material was too light and the holes were too big. In past laundry bags I found that the material ripper, or the zippers broke or even opened during washing. I often found that the holes in the netting was too big and my bras would undo and then just get the clasps caught in the laundry bag netting defeating the entire purpose of using the laundry bag.

The mesh on the Gently Gently laundry bags feels thick and durable. The mesh also has tinier holes so none of my bra clasps will be grabbing onto the holes at all.
The zipper enclosure is rustproof as per the company. Best of all though, the zipper enclosure has an elasticized piece that the zipper tucks into to ensure the laundry bag stays closed on those tough spin cycles.
Each bag has a pink loop on the left top so that you can hang them up in your laundry room or on a hook in your bedroom so that they are there and ready for the next use. The loop is also great for hanging the bag to dry if you had something get washed in the laundry bags that does not go in the dryer.
If you are wanting to keep your kids clothes apart, then using a bag per child is a great way to get things done and keep them separated. You can either dedicate a size to a child, or you can label the bag.
In all my years of searching for a laundry bag that had fine enough holes, was durable, and the zipper would actually stay closed during the cycle, I have finally found a great set. I am happy with the quality of the Gently Gently set of 4 laundry bags.
