I have been talking a lot about collectible toy series and this time I want to talk about a series that has been around for some time now, Squinkies. The newest line of Squinkies are called Squinkies ‘Do Drops and that is because you can now give your Squinkies, in this series a new look by dropping a hat or hair piece onto them.

There are over 200 pieces in the Squinkies ‘Do Drop series to collect and even more combinations that can be made.
Squinkies were created in August 2010. I cannot remember when my Little One became interested in Squinkies, but I am pretty sure she had them as soon as I was no longer worried about them being a choking hazard for her.
Even to this day, at 9 years old, my Little One loves Squinkies. They are adorable little, squishy figurines, that have gotten even better with the ability to put a ‘Do on them.
I sat here in my comfy chair the other night and watched the excitement as my Little One showed her new Squinkies ‘Do Drops off to her Auntie. My Little One was so excited to show her set off.

My Little One really loves the hidden figurines in these type of sets. The mystery Squinkies in a set provide a lot of excitement when opening the packaging.
The little villa that you get in the collector packs is a nice addition as it provides a little extra something for play time.
The ‘Do Drops are easy to get on and off the Squinkies as they just push into a little groove in the back of the figurines heads.
Squinkies have been an all time favorite in our house and the newest ‘Do Drops sets are no exception. My Little One loves them. The fact that Squinkies have been around since 2010 and often hit the hot item lists for holiday shopping is very telling about the product’s popularity among the kids.
I love Squinkies because they are great for imaginative play. They peak my Little One’s interest and keep her engaged. She catalogs the ones she has collected and the ones that she still needs to collect.

I have not checked out the Squinkies Club House yet, but I can tell you that it comes with the following pieces:
