The Kenmore Pro by Sears Canada is capable of making just about anything that you can imagine a blender making and a few things I have never thought of making in a blender. The Kenmore Pro comes with a wonderful recipe book and gave us a few ideas, but with us all wanting a nice warm bowl of piping hot, homemade soup, we opted for making the Sweet Potato and Ginger Soup.

Literally 4 ingredients later with about 5 minutes total prep time followed by 7 minutes in the blender for mixing and heating it up, and a steaming hot soup was ready for us all.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how quickly the Kenmore Pro could blend and heat up the ingredients to make a homemade bowl of soup. I was shocked that the soup came out steaming hot.

The look of the Kenmore Pro reminds me of some of the other well known professional blender styles. I love the price of the Kenmore Pro. With how the Kenmore Pro performed during our creations, it is certainly a wonderfully priced professional blender.

In order to get the soup piping hot, the blender is put on maximum setting for a total of five minutes. The maximum setting is 11 and from 10 to 11 on the dial, there is a symbol of a hot liquid to signify that those two settings heat up the liquid to a steaming hot temperature.

I was very impressed with the power that the Kenmore Pro Blender put out. In a snap it had our ingredients blended up. The Kenmore Pro Blender also stayed put on the counter even on maximum for the 5 minutes needed to warm the soup up.

The blender is made of easy to clean materials. The 2L jug is BPA free.

We are also very excited about making smoothies next. Smoothies are an all time favorite in our house and the Kenmore Pro Blender will make it a snap for us to make them.

I absolutely love our Sears Canada Kenmore Pro Heavy Duty Professional Blender.
