I have reviewed the Tile Mate before, and at that time, I was impressed with it. I have to say that I am very happy with the new features of the all-new Tile Mate.
The biggest and best new feature of the Tile Mate is it has a replaceable battery. I love that the newest Tile Mate’s battery can be replaced now instead of trading it in after the battery dies about a year after start of use.
The newest Tile Mate is louder than the old versions so you can really hear where you are tracking too. It is reported to be 50% louder!
The range of the Tile Mate is 150 feet which to me, is a really amazing range.
The Tile Mate is Tile’s most popular tracker. I think it is because of how versatile it is. The Tile Mate will connect, clip, or attach to just about anything….from keys, to umbrellas, backpacks, to bikes, and anything you can pretty much lose and not want to lose!
In order to use the Tile Mate, you need to download the APP. The APP is available in the Google Play Store and the iOS Store.
To find your item that you have your Tile Mate attached to, you just use the Tile APP to ring your device if it’s nearby. If it is not nearby, you find it as you can see its location on a map.
I like the size of the Tile Mate. There are also other Tile Products such as the Tile Pro and the Tile Slim so you might want to check out all the different features each of the products have to see which one will work best for the items you want to track.
I was actually pleasantly surprised when our teenager was interested in the Tile Mate for her keys that she always misplaces and a Tile Slim for her wallet. It seems that the Tile line of products are popular among the teens as well as adults.
