The Gazillion Bubble Show is an awesome show for children. My 5 year old and 10 year old loved it. I am sure that they have a ton of bubble ideas they are wanting to try out next summer now. My girls loved the bubbles that poured into the audience, and they thought it was neat to see bubbles inside bubbles. A favorite for our entire family was the laser show. I loved the laser portion of the show.
I think that the prices for the tickets are too high. It is really, in my opinion a show for kids, and the cheapest tickets being $50 each plus fees and taxes makes the show a very expensive outing. If you are thinking of going the next time they are in a City near you, I would try to get tickets on a presale discount for a little savings.
The bubble items at the show were very expensive. You also could get a photo taken of yourself in a bubble for $15. If you wanted a second copy of the same photo you had to fork out another $15.
If you were to ask my girls if they would go see the Gazillion Bubble Show again they would say yes. If I am honest, as I always am, I would not be willing to go if I had to pay $50 or more for a ticket. After seeing the show, I think that the price range should be that of a normal kids entertainment show which usually maxes out in the $30 range for the best seats in the house.
I think that I was expecting a lot more from the show because of all the wonderful things that famous people had been quoted saying about it. Realistically though, you can only do so much with bubbles so I found the show seeming to repeat the same sort of “tricks” over and over again.
Bottom line, if money is not an issue, then your kids will likely love the show. What kid doesn’t like bubbles! I myself only found the light show entertaining and I did like the audience filling up with bubbles. I would not go again for myself, but would bring my girls to see it again if the price of the tickets were lowered.
