Every year near the end of November, MomMomOnTheGo and crew go see Disney On Ice in Vancouver, BC. This year the Disney On Ice show was Rockin Ever After.
As always, Disney On Ice presents an amazing show with amazing music, routines, fireworks, neon pops, amazing scenery, and of course some of the most loved characters in Disney. Rockin Ever After presented the ever so loved Ariel, Rapunzel, Belle and Meridia. The hosts of Rockin Ever After were Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse with special help from Donald Duck and Goofy.
From the first note to the last, Disney On Ice Rockin Ever After had the little ones entertained, with their eyes glued to the ice surface. Excitement built as the little ones guessed who would be coming up next and squealed when the next act revealed the next Disney character to perform.
I admit that I absolutely love going to Disney On Ice. I think that I enjoy the show every year just as much as my Little One does. The performances that Disney puts on are never a let down in any way. The detail in the scenery, the props they use, the care in the costumes, all show that Disney cares about putting on a quality performance that is sure to please the entire crowd.
I was also happy this year that I found a few memorabilia items that were reasonably priced. After all, no matter what show you go to, the memorabilia is normally pretty expensive. This year at Disney On Ice, we got my Little One an amazing Pink, Princess, sparkly hat for $14. I loved the price as I thought it was what I would have to pay if I bought one in store and even more, I loved that it is a memorabilia item that she will wear and use.
We saw Disney On Ice at 7:30 pm on opening night. A late show for little ones no doubt, but more than worth it. I am not sure if there was an empty seat in the house as when I looked around, it seemed like almost every single seat was full.
What I love about the Pacific Coliseum also is that there is not a bad seat in the house. So no matter what your budget is, you will be sure to have a great view of an amazing show.
I highly recommend that you see Disney On Ice if it is coming to a city near you.
I also recommend that you stay connected with Disney On Ice on Facebook so that you know when the shows are touring and receive the presale show codes. Make sure to also visit the Official Disney On Ice website to see tour dates for all Disney On Ice shows.
