MomMomOnTheGo and crew recently went to PlayDome at BC Place. I have to say that it was an awesome venue to have a fair in. It was nice to get in out of the rain that was falling and have a wonderful time at the fair.
There is everything at PlayDome that you would expect at a fair. Great food, great rides, games for those that like to try to win the big prize.
Whether you have little ones or older ones, there are rides for every age group.
I will say though that my 6 year old is quite brave….well actually she would be classified as a daredevil! She is also quite tall and was able to go on all the rides for those 50 inches tall and shorter. There were just two rides that she was too short to go on as the height requirement was 52 inches. She was quite upset that she was not 52 inches yet!
So what rides did my Little One go on????
Yes, my 6 year old loved the two rides in the photo. I am not even sure what they are called because I was too busy with my eyes glued to my Little One. Yep, it is nerve racking for MomMom when her Little One starts growing up and loving all these crazy rides. WOW!
There are seats everywhere for parents to rest their feet. There are also tables for having a snack at. I was thankful for the resting spots.
The food options are great. Mini donuts which I love. Cotton Candy, fresh lemonade, popcorn, pogos/corn dogs, chicken strips, fries, poutine and more. All the awesome food you expect at a fair is there.
I really love the venue. BC Place is big and allowed for a ton of rides. I was surprised that it was a nice temperature as I expected it to be hot. Good thing we actually brought sweaters because there is a cool wind from the rides. So remember to bring a sweater.
We had an amazing time and would recommend you go to PlayDome while it is here. Remember it is gone after March 23rd.
