Here is what we like about the Air Hogs Helix Race Drone:

I am a little confused about one thing, the box recommends that the Helix Race Drone is for indoor use only. Yet the video Air Hogs produces is showing the drone used outside. I would think that it is better for outside use in a big area. The last thing you want is to be crashing into fragile items in the house and knocking them over.
The Helix Race Drone is rated for ages 8 and older and this is a great age ranking. Kids will be flying and doing stunts in no time, once they are used to the remote control.
The sturdy foam protects the more fragile parts of the drone to keep it safe in the crashes that happen when learning tricks and stunts and getting used to the remote control and flying.
I do recommend starting on Beginner Mode until you get the hang of flying the drone and all it can do.
