The RE9 Advanced Brightening Toner is used right after the Cleansing Foam. The instructions on how to use the toner state to use a cotton ball with the desired amount of toner on it and then sweep over face and neck. The instructions for applying the toner indicate that you use a small amount of the toner as you are to just sweep it over your face or neck. This is not like a cream that you are rubbing in for a deep moisturizer.

I have dark circles under my eyes quite often. So I am happy to have been introduced to the RE9 Advanced Brightening Serum. It would be nice to have the darkness under my eyes toned out a bit so I am not always looking so tired.
The RE9 Advanced Brightening Serum is quite a small bottle and that is because it is concentrated. That means that there is a lot of power in a little bit of product so only a very small amount is needed. When applying the Serum, the instructions say to use a tapping motion to apply and then the key is to let the product dry before moving on to your next stage of plant-powered beauty.

This product is meant specifically for your eyes, so that tiny bottle will go a long way if you use a small amount on your eyes. This is a morning an evening product as well.
Remember, your eyes are delicate and so is the skin around them, so gently patt this product on when applying. No need to be rubbing that gentle skin around the eyes.
