Chicken Soup for the Soul – Find Your Inner Strength

When I read, I tend to grab a Chicken Soup for the Soul book. There are a number of reasons that Chicken Soup for the Soul books are my favorite….I do not have a lot of time to read so the anthology of short stories is a perfect format for me. I also absolutely love how the stories touch upon your emotions and how they leave you feeling.

Chicken Soup for the Soul – Find Your Inner Strength is an awesome read. It will leave you feeling empowered and have you drawing on positive thinking to assist you in overcoming challenges. The stories are down right inspiring.

The book is broken down into sections; overcoming self destructive behavior, fighting health challenges, powering through loss, moving past disabilities, accepting the new normal, accepting what makes you different, learning to reach out, rising to the challenge, pursuing your dreams, and taking back your life.

There were so many stories within the book that are a great read. With my back injury and the disabilities that have come along with it, I really enjoy the fighting health challenges and moving past disabilities sections.

In Chicken Soup for the Soul – Find Your Inner Strength, there really is a story for everyone to connect to. They are truly inspiring and make you feel like you are not alone in your struggles. Others have struggles as well, and they have surpassed them through their inner strength. You can do it too!

Make sure that you read the Forward in FInd Your Inner Strength as it is by Fran Drescher and a wonderful read.
