We enjoy puzzles in our house. Enjoying them and being good at them are two different things though 🙂
One of the latest puzzles that we have tried is the Cubix Tube. The Cubix Tube combines solving the outward puzzle so that the inward tubes line up to allow a marble to make its way through the inner maze. Sound challenging? Yep it is.
My first tip is to keep that tiny little maze ball in a safe place as it is super easy to misplace. It would have been nice to have the Cubix Tube come in some type of container or bag that helped keep the tiny ball safe. I can see this tiny ball going missing quite easily. Luckily the Cubx Tube does come with two tiny balls just in case you misplace one.
The Cubix Tube is rated for ages 8 and older and I agree with the ranking. I think that the puzzle might be too challenging for those that are younger.
The Cubix Tube is definitely challenging for me, but I am certainly not the most talented puzzle solver by any means.
If you are looking for a good puzzle challenge, then the Cubix Tube is it. It is two puzzles in one, so you have to make sure to solve the cube challenge in such a way to line up the tubes to solve the inner maze challenge.
