The GeoSafari Dino Digs have got to be one of the most amazing educational toys around. They are so absolutely fun to do. If your little one loves dinosaurs then this is an awesome toy for you to do together or for your little one to do on their own. Personally I think it is a wonderful educational and bonding toy to do together. Honestly, I think that the adults will have just as much fun as the kids with this toy….I know I did. 🙂
I have to admit that this can be a messy venture with quite a bit of dust, but the overall experience is well worth the mess. Just make sure to set up on a washable surface and one that your Dino Dig can be left there until it is complete. Make sure if your doing the Dino Dig with a little one that you remind them to be gentle with the bones as they dig and they have to get them out by digging and brushing and not pulling them out. Those would be my top recommendations when doing your Dino Dig.
I love that you put the bones together with a wax that is included and that allow the dinosaurs once complete to be re-positioned. So once put together the dinosaurs can be re-positioned into different positions and stances on the display tray that is also provided.
