One of my Little One’s favorite games to play with me is Guess Who and now there is a newer, electronic version of this age old classic….Electronic Guess Who Extra Game.
There are a number of things I want to tell you about this game, but first, here are the basic details and what you get with the game.

It’s the classic Guess Who? game with a twist. Kids will delight in being the first to guess an opponent’s mystery character using the special key. The game includes classic cards as well as monster, animal, and superhero character cards! With lights, sounds, and 2 ways to play, this game lets kids take their Guess Who? game fun to the next level!

So there are two important components to this new game…..electronic and extra.
So what is the extra part of the game? Well it is the extra cards of characters that you get. Instead of just the original Guess Who character cards, you now get 6 character cards. My favorite new card is the monsters card. It makes the question asking a little more fun and creative.
The electronic portion of the game is the new key that is on the boards and the lights at the top. You can play in classic mode or start the electronic mode which is also timed. The best part of the electronic portion of the game is guessing with the new key. You put the key in and turn under the character you are guessing and if you are correct, music plays for you to let you know you won.
Here is a video to help show how the game is played…
We really enjoy Guess Who so the extra cards and the added electronic features on the new version really add to an already wonderful game.
The game is recommended for ages 6 and up and I think that this is a perfect age ranking for the game. Any younger and you will need an older child or adult to help the younger player out. You can do this of course and play in teams especially on family game night to have the entire family enjoying Guess Who.
If you are purchasing a version of Guess Who, I really recommend getting the Electronic Guess Who Extra Game. After all, if you feel like playing in traditional mode, you can. The extra cards are really awesome to have and the electronic version provides a fun twist.
Please note though that I have noticed that there are two versions of the Electronic Guess Who Extra game. Take not of the version that I am reviewing as I have not checked out the other version that I have seen online.
You can find the Electronic Guess Who Extra Game in your local toy store or online at Amazon.
