My recommendation for the Bubblecycle is to help the younger kids with pouring the bubble solution into the unit. After that, little ones will not need any help to use the Bubblecycle.
The Bubblecycle is rated for ages 3 and up, which I agree with. If your little one can walk, they will undoubtedly enjoy pushing the Bubblecycle around and making a ton of bubbles.
