HexBug has come out with a new, innovative product in the HexBug Aquabot 2.0 with Fishbowl.
This might very well be the answer to those wanting a fish, but don’t want to worry about keeping it alive! Of course, you cannot leave this fish in water all the time. It is meant to play with and then clean everything up, but it is pretty cool while playing with it. In our house even some of our pets, like our new AquaBot pet….
Part pet, part toy, the HEXBUG Aquabot 2.0 provides kids with the fun experience of having a pet fish, without all the messy clean-up. The portable fishbowl allows kids to bring their pet fish with them wherever they go! Includes repositionable background and name tag.
HEXBUG Aquabot 2.0 is available in two styles, the Angelfish and Hammerhead Shark, and ten translucent colors. The Aquabot 2.0 swimmers are equipped with an inner pulsating LED glow and a hi-tech sensor allowing you to wake the sleeping fish by tapping on the tank. Styles and colors are selected randomly at time of shipment based on availability.
This product is compliant with CPSIA standards. Ages 3+
Building off the wildly popular HEXBUG Aquabot Shark and Clownfish, comes HEXBUG Aquabot 2.0. The new water-born Angelfish and Hammerhead Shark are packed with smart fish technology, added sensor and an inner glow that makes them appear more alive than ever before!
Powered by electro-magnetic propulsion and an automatic on and off sensor that activates when submerged in water, these aquatic fish propel around to explore their environment, swimming, diving and changing directions. After five minutes without activity, the Aquabot 2.0 will go into sleep mode and wake when activated. Now you can truly experience the fun of having a pet fish collection, without all the messy clean-up!
Comes with its own fishbowl, with restickable background and name tag, that provides the perfect home for the HEXBUG Aquabot 2.0
Here is what MomMomOnTheGo loves about this product:
*HexBug quality product.
*Activates when put in water and shuts off when taken out.
*Dives. Doesn’t just swim around.
*Shuts off after 5 minutes of inactivity and thus saves the battery life.
*Tap on the tank to wake the fish up if in sleep mode.
*Comes in Shark and AngelFish.
*Multiple color options.
After not being able to keep fish alive for any length of time in our household and the worry of the cats eating the fish, our AquaBot is a welcome addition. No doubt our AquaBot collection will grow with the pink one next.
I cannot think of anything to add to the HexBug AquaBot. What would you want to see the AquaBot able to do?
