We have reviewed a Vtech action camera before and it was the Kidizoom Action Cam in purple. We love this action camera and we still use it all the time even two years after getting it.

The resolution on the Kidizoom Action Cam 180 is great as you can tell by the video above that we did with it on our most recent holiday. The newest feature is that the lens rotates so that you can do selfies instead of having to turn the camera around to capture yourself. The lens does not rotate though when in the waterproof case. Would be kind of hard to have a moving lens and a waterproof case!
To access all of the buttons on the rear of the camera, you also have to take it out of the waterproof case. While in the case you can access the home and OK buttons.
The design is slim and a good size for small hands to hold and handle while taking pictures, shooting video, getting action shots, or just chilling and playing one of the games on the action cam.

The Kidizoom Action Cam 180 comes with everything you and your Little One will need to go out on adventures. It provides great quality photos and video at an affordable price point. I do recommend getting a 32 GB microSD card that you will need to purchase separately so you never run out of recording time while out on adventures.
