Over the years I have reviewed a number of Kidizoom products including the Smartwatch series. We have always been very happy with our Kidizoom products and I have loved to see how the products have grown and transitioned over the years.

The Kidizoom Smartwatch DX2 comes in Midnight Blue and Vivid Violet. We have the Vivid Violet DX2.
The age ranking is for 4 years old to 12 years old. I think that the younger kids will enjoy the product, but might need a hand in the beginning to learn all that the DX2 can do. The older kids will be able to easily use all the features of the Kidizoom Smartwatch. I do have to say though that I think 10 years old is probably the maximum age for the product. Beyond 10, I think that the product will be too young for.

The Kidizoom Smartwach DX2 is a fun wearable gadget that has a touch screen, voice changer, a rechargeable battery, and is splash proof. You connect to your computer to recharge the battery, upload photos and videos, and download free games.
There are parental game controls as well.
The Smartwatch is durable with a thick, strong strap and surrounding housing.
There will be encouragement for exercise with the Smartwatch through the Motion Apps.
Of course, the educational factor is there as well with things like the Time Apps.
