There is a lot to love about the Maplelea School desk & Locker set as well as the Maplelea School Set. The two really go hand in hand and totally compliment each other.
Let’s start with what I love about the School Desk & Locker:
*Maplelea girls actually can sit at the desk.
*The desk has an inside storage just like a real desk.
*Desk chair moves to get your doll in and out easily.
*Colorful
*Well Made.
*Locker can actually hold items and is realistic.
*Locker comes with a padlock and keys. (Don’t lose the keys!)
*Set comes with magnets to decorate the locker and desk.
*You can purchase more lockers and they connect together just like at school.
The only tip I have for the Maplelea School Desk and Locker is to keep one of the two padlock keys just in case your little one loses their key.
The Maplelea School set is an extremely complete set. It has everything in both English and French which is awesome for my Little One who is in French Immersion. She can play school and do her English and French classes and lessons with her set.
There is so much to the Maplelea School Set I think that their video best illustrates just how complete the set is.
Okay so what do I love about the Maplelea School Set?
How about everything! What is there missing from this set except well, nothing.
*Subject books with assignments and an answer book.
*Subjects are color coded.
*Recognition awards.
*Magnetic boards for putting learning items up on.
*Scene setters for the window.
*File cabinet with real file folders.
*Garbage and recycle bins.
*Bilingual set.
*Drawer for each subject.
*Packs up and stores away in the accompanying bag.
So I have to say that the only thing that I noticed was that there was not a French subject drawer. We ended up putting all the French words in one of the file cabinet drawers.
I have to admit that when we opened up the School Desk and Locker that I was super impressed with the quality and realistic aspect of the items. When we opened up the School Set, I was blown away with all the it included.
The two sets can be purchased separately, but as I said, they really compliment each other and allow for little one’s to recreate their days at school. The School Set allows your child to engage in learning activities while also engaging in imaginative play. I love it.
