I recently decided to try out Matcha Green Tea Powder. I have seen it around for years and have heard so many great things about it so I was inspired to finally give it a go.
There are so many things that you can do with Matcha Green Tea Powder. You can makes shakes, use it in baking, make green tea lattes, smoothies, and just about anything that you want to add a hint of healthy antioxidants to.
The first thing I like to say about products such as these…..is that I am not a doctor, so please always talk to your doctor before adding things to your diet.
Matcha Green Tea Powder gives you an energy boost. It is reported by many to be a similar response to caffeine without the jittery side affect. I anticipate that these results vary depending on each person and how their body reacts to the product.
You can definitely use the Matcha Green Tea Powder in just about anything you want. It is easy to just put some in hot water to make like a tea to drink. You can add it to baking. There are a ton of recipes available as well for cooking with Matcha Green Tea Powder.
I love that the Matcha Green Tea Powder bad is resealable to keep it fresh longer.
I have to admit that I am not that crazy about the grassy smell of the Matcha Green Tea Powder, but pleasantly surprised that I don’t seem to be able to smell that grassy smell once it has been used in a recipe. I am thankful for that as the grassy smell makes the Matcha Green Tea Powder not appealing.
Here are some interesting points from Kiss Me Organics, the company that produces the Matcha Green Tea Powder that I tested out.

Enjoy a relaxing latte in the morning, bake a dozen cupcakes or simply add a small boost to your morning smoothie

I personally do not have a lot of experience testing out Matcha Green Tea Powders. Actually this is the first time that I have ever tried it. I guess I was avoiding it because I had experienced the grassy smell of the product previously and it turned me off. I am now pleasantly surprised by this Matcha Green Tea Powder.
The Matcha Green Tea Powder is very smooth. There can be residue left in the bottom of your cup so make sure to mix it up well right away. As I said I love the resealable package and also love that the grassy smell does not stick around once used in a recipe. I recommend that you start off with a small amount as I do not think much is needed. If you wish to increase the amount that you are consuming, I would recommend that you do it gradually. I also recommend as I stated above that you check with your doctor about how much you should use. It is always best to make sure that products are a match for you, your health, and with the medications that you take.
If you are looking for a Match Green Tea Powder, I suggest that you check out this one by Kiss Me Organics. It is available on Amazon with Free Shipping.
