With the start of the school year also comes a new season of sports for the kids.
Opening up those sports bags again can be quite the stinky task. To help deal with all the stink at the start of the season and all season long, check out Sportzyme by Norwex.
The special bioactive formula in Sportzyme contains dormant, nonpathogenic, fast-acting microbes and enzymes that break down and eliminate organic residues which cause odors in shoes, equipment bags, and sporting equipment.
When sprayed on a surface, these microbes feed off food sources such as sweat, urine and other organic matter present on sports or work equipment, clothes, and gear. These microbes release enzymes that break down the organic matter into smaller particles, which allows the microbes to digest the organics and convert them into water and carbon dioxide.

Problem:
Does stinky, smelly sports gear and clothing in the garage, or worse yet your home, sometimes intrude on the senses? What about smelly shoes that have been on sweaty feet all day? Do you long to restore freshness but aren’t sure of the healthiest, most environmentally friendly way to go about it?Solution:
Enzyme-based Sportzyme eliminates organic odor from shoes, equipment bags, shoulder pads, knee pads, skates, cleats, helmets and more.
We have had Sportzyme for quite some time now and one of the toughest jobs it has had has been some stinky, musty street hockey gear that has been in the garage.
On first application, you shake the bottle and then spray it over the entire surface and let it dry. The instructions say that the first application should be applied heavily. After the initial application, you can maintain good smelling sports equipment by spraying it after use.
What I love about Sportzyme is that it is….
*Biodegradable
*Non-toxic
*Non-flammable
*No aerosol propellants
If you find stink, then Sportzyme if the product for you. You can even use it on stinky shoes.
I find that the Sportzyme spray goes a long way. I don’t find that you need to really soak the items with the spray if they are not that bad. It works pretty fast, within a day when the items are dry and can be touched up with a quick spray when needed.
Sportzyme is easy to use, doesn’t have a bad smell, and is a green option to more traditional sprays on the market. I like knowing that what I am spraying on items by Little One will use is not toxic to her.
If you have kids, then you have probably been in search of a product that works on stinky shoes and sports gear. If you can relate, then I recommend that you check out the Norwex Sportzyme. To find out more, make sure to visit Norwex here….
