reCAP Mason Jars was born out of a love for re-using sustainable home products and a passion for Mason Jars. It began with my desire to use a Mason Jar for my homemade salad dressing without the mess that came with the regular metal Mason Jar lid. I needed something spill-proof and that allowed me to easily pour the dressing. I searched and found nothing in existence that fit my needs.
I developed my own prototype, launched my reCAP lids on Kickstarter and the rest is history.
