If you are on the Playmobil website browsing, you will notice what seems to be an endless number of themes and playsets. The latest theme that we have checked out is the Tactical Unit theme.
We checked out the Tactical Unit Team which is a team of 4 that has gear for land or sea missions.
Key Features:
-The figure with
diving suit can be equipped withhelmet , jacket, scuba tank, harpoonand underwater scooter.-The fire extinguisher is removable.
The Tactical Unit Team is a great starter playset for endless missions on sea or land. The playset inspires imaginative play which is something that I love to see.
The Tactical Unit Team is a good lower price point and in line with what is found for the smaller Playmobil playset.
If you are looking for a Tactical Unit playset that is a little larger of a playset or to expand your collection, then the Tactical Unit Boat might be what you are looking for. This playset comes with two Tactical Unit members, gear, and of course their Tactical Unit boat. So missions can hit the sea with this set.
The Tactical Unit Boat has a functioning cannon which is a nice touch to the playset.
With quite a number of pieces in the Tactical Unit Boat playset, kids can have great adventures with the boat that actually will float in water. So playtime becomes more realistic and fun when real water is added in.

7350 Underwater Motor– The boat can float and can be equipped with an underwater motor.
– With functional cannon that can be loaded with either a grappling hook or a projectile arrow.
– The outboard motors can be tilted upwards independently of each other.-The buoys to which the treasure chest is attached can float.
With both Tactical Unit playsets, there are small parts that can pose a choking hazard so the playsets are recommended for ages 5 and older. I agree with this age ranking due to the tiny pieces.
