Where did the summer go? It seems like I blink and it is back to school time again and that means back to school shopping. Sears Canada is helping children rock the halls this year with their awesome styles, amazing prices, and a special surprise……
This year, throughout the month of August, Sears Canada (The Kids Room) will be, and has been, helping families with school-aged children get ready for back-to-school so they can Rock the Halls! Across Canada, Sears will be, and have been, surprising shoppers by providing their purchases to them for FREE! As well, Sears Canada will be rewarding their Facebook fans by surprising them throughout the month of August with opportunities to win a $100 Sears gift card.
Every year I look forward to seeing the styles that my Little One will pick out when we go back to school shopping. My Little One has a couple of sure thing favorites…..Hello Kitty, anything pink, and dresses/skirts. My Little One is very sporty and loves hockey, lacrosse, and soccer, but she also loves to be very girly. Give her a pretty pink dress or a skirt with Hello Kitty and she is in heaven. Give me the great prices that Sears Canada always offers and I am in heaven.
What wins your heart over when it comes to a company? Undoubtedly having great styles, amazing prices, and of course good sales help win all of our hearts. No doubt that Sears provides all these things for back to school shopping. Every year I find myself in Sears for our back to school shopping because I know I can find the hottest styles and characters at prices I can afford. It is a win/win situation for my Little One and my pocket book.
There is something else that helps win my heart over when it comes to a company and that is what they do above and beyond the retail experience. With Sears Canada, they support two things that I absolutely love…..Boys and Girls Club of Canada and Because I Am A Girl.
Sears Canada have been a proud supporter for over 40 years of Boys and Girls Club across Canada (BGCC), Canada’s leading provider of quality after school programs that support the healthy physical, educational, social and mental development of Canadian children and youth. Sears shares Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada’s philosophy that providing all Canadian children and youth with access to opportunity is essential to helping them achieve their full potential and create a better future.
To help out with this year’s back-to-school season, Sears Canada and Converse will be providing the GBCC with $10,000 worth of BTS Apparel!
The Sears Canada involvement in the Boys and Girls Club of Canada and Because I Am A Girl, are all the more reason that I fell in love with shopping at Sears a long time ago.
We went back to school shopping last night at our local Sears and I got to get a peak at the styles my Little One will rock the halls with this year. She loved a lot of what she saw and I loved the prices. Of course she was trying just about everything on and having to make decisions on which ones she thought she rocked the best.
We ended up with quite a few items last night….
Sparkly, black dress shoes
Hello Kitty leggings
Hello Kitty Skirt
Hello Kitty top
Beautiful pink dress
tights
All items were on sale which I loved! The wonderful thing about many of the pieces is that they can be mixed, matched, and combined to create a multitude of fashion combinations so it means each item goes a long way as far as fashion options that my Little One can rock the halls with this year.
How will your children rock the halls this year? If you want a bit more inspiration, you can check our Sears Canada on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and of course their website.
