When the kit arrives the first thing you have to do is make the casts of your teeth so you can send them away to make your trays you will receive for the whitening process.

Once you have made your casts and received your personal trays you then can start your whitening regime. First, you use the desensitizing gel for 15 minutes. Then you use the whitening agent for 15 minutes. So each whitening treatment is a 30-minute process.

If I was to provide you one teeth whitening tip, it would be to whiten right before bed. If you whiten before bed, you then have your mouth free of foods, and thus, staining agents for the entire time that you are sleeping.
