DanceSocks work awesome on smooth surfaces. With DanceSocks you have less resistance than just wearing your runners or dance shoes. With less resistance it feels like there is a lot less strain on my knees and ankles which is what the creators of DanceSocks indicate they are meant to do. I think DanceSocks would work great for dance classes and Zumba and it is a lot more convenient than having to lug another pair of shoes around.

DanceSocks sizing comes in one size fits all for men and women. They fit women’s shoes really well, or at least for me. The one size fits all also fits over both of my girls’ shoes and they are ages 6 and 10 years old. They are made in the USA and 90% Nylon and 10% Spandex.
We have washed our DanceShocks and they come out good as new and ready to be used again and again. I think they seem to be well made and will last.
