“The Victoria Chart Company™ was founded in 2004 by Victoria Ballard. Like any parent who wants the best for their child, Victoria wanted to do all that she could for her two children, particularly, her son who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 18 months.
Victoria discovered that a reward system she developed worked fabulously well for her children. It built their self-esteem helping them to become confident and, most importantly, proud of their progress.
The system worked so well that she has dedicated her time to creating tools for parents and professionals to help children and their families realise the power of developmental progress that comes from the simple process of Encourage & Praise®.
Today, The Victoria Chart Company™ is internationally recognised and is a specialist in creating products for positive development in children. Victoria and her team continue to research and develop new products for parents, carers and professionals to help children succeed.
In addition to the consumer range Victoria also designs bespoke products on behalf of top UK organisations supporting the families in their care.”
The Victoria Chart Company products are already available in the USA and we are so excited to announce that they are coming to Canada.

I recently was lucky enough to be able to try The Victoria Chart Company products and I am in love with them.
I am using the reward charts for my 4 year old and 9 year old right now. The excitement from both my girls from the moment we opened the charts and set them up was incredible. My daughters’ reactions reinforced to me that children love to know they are doing a great job.
My 4 year old asks constantly throughout the day if she is getting a reward sticker for eating, dressing herself, being polite, kind and the list goes on.
My 9 year old is with us part time and she said she could call every day that she is not here to tell me what she had done so I could check her boxes off.
What an impact these reward charts are having if my girls are constantly thinking about them throughout the day when they are home or away. It reminds me of way back when I was in school and we received gold stars for spelling. I still can see that chart behind the classroom door with my name and the long line of gold stars. I was so proud of those stars. This is the same affect that The Victoria Reward Charts are having with my girls. They are so proud of their reusable sticker rewards.
There are three age oriented Victoria Reward Charts. One for ages one and up, four and up and seven and up.
We are using all three of the above charts right now. My 4 year old is using the two younger age oriented charts and my 9 year old is using the chart aimed at children aged seven and older.
I love that the stickers for the charts are reusable and they even provide tags for you to personalize for a specific chore or behavior that you might specifically wish to focus on with your children.
There truly are so many amazing features for each of The Victoria Reward Charts that I could go on listing them here forever. I cannot think of one thing that I wish they had added or included in the charts as they truly seem to have thought of everything.
The Victoria Chart Company also has a Vacation Journal and a Meal Planner Chart. I have not tried these products out yet, but I am excited to try them out next.
