MomMomOnTheGo and her Little One, who is now 7 years old, recently got to test out the InnoTab 3 Baby. I am going to break down the things that I love about the InnoTab 3 Baby and the things that my Little One loves.
Here is what MomMomOnTheGo loves about the InnoTab 3 Baby:
*Durable – It has handle a few drops like no tomorrow so far.
*Educational – It has what seems like endless educational capabilities and programs you can download and purchase.
*Downloads – I love that I can just go on my computer and download what we want. No need to buy the cartridges at all.
*Track Progress – It is easy to see the progress your child is making through the software it comes with.
*Books – I love the books with all the awesome characters that kids know and love. I love how it can read it to them and highlight the words or your child can read it. It really engages and encourages reading.
*Characters – I absolutely love the characters that you can get programs with. My Little One loves the Hello Kitty games and learning activities. We downloaded them all.
*Affordable – The downloads I think are reasonably priced. Despite being famous characters, they are within an reasonable price range.
*Engaging – Perfect for any time especially travelling!
*Customization – The tablet covers a wide age range from 1 to 9 years old and you can customize your tablets software for the age of your child. Even when you go online to search for software to add, you can put your child’s age and the relevant software will be shown.
*Color – Pink and Blue…awesome.
I could keep going on, but let me share what my Little One loves:
*Calendar – She feels like a big girl by having her own online calendar that she can keep track of when camps, when vacations are and so on. This has really taught her a lot about scheduling, days of the week, months, years, and time.
*Characters – She really loves the recognizable characters.
*Books – She loves the books we can and have purchased for her tablet. When she is needing to relax, I can often find her with her tablet and having a book read to her. Learning, learning, learning! I love it!
*My Little One loves the case intended for durability for the younger age group. She likes how it looks and that it has a handle. She pretty much leaves it on all the time.
*Camera – She loves having a camera! She uses it all the time.
*Overall, she just loves having her own tablet.
There is only one thing that I would recommend to VTEch for the tablet. I would not call it the InnoTab 3 Baby. The word Baby makes me think that my 7 year old would not like it as it is for a tiny one, but that is not the case at all. I think may Junior or something like that might be a better name.
Overall, the VTech InnoTab 3 Baby easily receives the MomMomOnTheGo seal of approval.
As we move forward with our InnoTab 3 Baby tablet, I will go purchase the rechargeable battery pack. The batteries last pretty good, but it is just so much easier having rechargeable batteries and this is simply a personal preference for me.
The next VTech Tablet that I would like to check out is the InnoTab 3S Plus. I love that it comes with a rechargeable Power Pack, 16 Apps, and has WiFi.
