Magformers Challenger Set

November 7, 2015 By MomMomOnTheGo

If you follow me regularly, then you probably noticed that I have been reviewing various products from Magformers. I have reviewed the Light Show Set and the Inspire Design Set already.

We fell in love with our Magformer sets pretty quickly because they are colorful, fun, strong magnets for building, and encourage creativity and imaginative play. Magformer sets inspire hours of great, creative, and fun play time.

The latest Magformer set that we test out was the Challenger Set. We were pretty excited to give this set a try because it has wheels as part of the 112 pieces in the set. So our world of building was increased to allow for more possibilities such as cars, trucks, and well, just about any moving vehicle that needs wheels and your mind can imagine.

Challenger Set - Copy

Containing a wide variety of magnetic shapes, the Challenger set lets kids explore magnetic construction through modular creative play. Containing both Rainbow and XL cruiser pieces, design and build ideas from both lines including our ‘magic ball’ and super fast XL roadster. What will you challenge yourself to construct!?

Features

5 Geometric shapes.
Wheel accessories.
Compatible with all MAGFORMERS® shapes. (XL Cruiser shapes not compatible with Magnets in Motion Power generator)
Neodymium Rare-Earth Magnets for guaranteed connectivity.
BPA Free HQABS Plastic.

I really think that Magformers is one of those toys that will endure time and get handed down through generations. I also love that they appeal and inspire all age groups. I have had everyone from 8 to 13 to grown adults building with our Magformer sets in our house and having a blast.

Challenger Set

One of my favorite things about all the Magformer sets is that it inspires imaginative play while encouraging your little ones to be creative and to think about how shapes can go together. Magformers is educational as well as fun.

I suggest that you check out all the Magformers sets. They have what seems like an endless choices of sets to appeal to all types of builders and all levels of builders. Best of all, the sets are compatible with each other so if you end up with more than one set, your building adventures only grow.
